Mr. Anés is a native of Puerto Rico and is a product of New York City's infamous Spanish Harlem. He mixes Spanglish tidbits and funny stories with powerful messages to help people understand the interdependence and “diversity within the diversity” of the Hispanic Experience in America
He earned a B.S. in Management from Parkville University,
a Master's Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Marywood University pursuing his doctorate in Human Development.
He has authored two manuscripts: “From the Barrio to the Boardroom” and the “Latino Diaries,” a collection of stories about the Latino Experience in America. He speaks on many topics including leadership development, motivational paradigms, Hispanic-themed cultural issues, and the relationship between emotional intelligence, personality
and productivity.
